By accessing our website, booking a session, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Flow is Love(“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a range of holistic services including, but not limited to:

• Therapeutic Services: Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy, and Holistic Counselling.
• Mentoring: Professional and personal development mentoring and coaching.
• Events & Gatherings: Workshops, retreats, ecstatic dance, ceremonial wellness practices, meditation circles, and community gatherings.
• Digital Offerings: Online courses, downloadable audio recordings, e-books, and virtual sessions.

These Terms apply universally to all services whether delivered in-person, online (via Zoom or other platforms), or as pre-recorded content.

Not a Medical Substitute

Our services are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or treat severe psychiatric disorders (such as psychosis or schizophrenia) without the supervision of a medical professional.

Health Disclosure

You agree to disclose any relevant medical history, mental health conditions, medications, or physical limitations prior to commencing any session or event. It is your responsibility to consult with your primary healthcare provider before engaging in hypnosis, breathwork, or vigorous movement practices if you have underlying health concerns.

Age Restriction (18+)

All services and events are for adults 18+ only, except with express written parental consent and direct parental presence.

Metaphysical & Interpretive Services

Flow is Love offers interpretive and metaphysical services including Tarot readings, Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Numerology as frameworks for self-reflection and personal exploration. These services are not predictive, diagnostic, or clinical in nature, and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

By engaging with any interpretive service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Symbolic frameworks: Tarot, astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and numerology are symbolic and archetypal systems. Interpretations are subjective, exploratory, and based on these frameworks — not on empirical science or provable fact.
• Personal responsibility: Any decisions you make based on information received during an interpretive session are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. Flow is Love assumes no responsibility for actions taken or not taken as a result of a reading or interpretation.
• No guarantees: No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any interpretive service. Results and insights will vary for each individual.
• Blended sessions: When interpretive services are offered as part of a mentoring or hypnotherapy session, the clinical terms outlined in this agreement continue to apply to the therapeutic components of that session. The metaphysical components remain subject to this disclaimer.
• Emotional responses: Interpretive sessions may bring up unexpected emotions or insights. You take responsibility for your emotional wellbeing during and after a session. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional.

Your safety is our priority. By participating in our events and sessions, you agree to:

• Honest Self-Assessment: You certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the chosen activity. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation.
• Sobriety: You agree to arrive at sessions and events free from the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
• Allergies & Accessibility: You must inform us in writing of any severe allergies (e.g., to cacao, essential oils, food provided) or accessibility requirements at least 48 hours prior to an event.
• Emergency Protocols: In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize us to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf if you are unable to do so, at your own expense.

Therapeutic Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality regarding 1:1 sessions. Information shared during therapy or mentoring is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of serious harm to self or others, court order).

Group & Workshop Confidentiality

In group settings (circles, workshops, retreats), we ask all participants to honor the privacy of others (“what is shared in the circle, stays in the circle”). However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality regarding what other participants may share outside the space.

Recording Policy

• By Us: We may record online workshops or webinars for educational or replay purposes. You will be notified if a session is being recorded. 1:1 therapeutic sessions are never recorded without explicit mutual consent.
• By You: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video of other participants or the facilitator without express permission.

Communications & Updates

By engaging with our services, you agree to receive occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Use of AI Tools

For information about how AI tools are used in your care — including session note-taking, clinical preparation, and de-identification practices — please refer to the Use of AI Tools section in our Privacy Policy.

For services delivered digitally (e.g., Zoom sessions, online courses):

• Technological Risks: While we use secure platforms, you acknowledge the inherent security risks of digital communication. We are not liable for technical failures, internet outages, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Environment: For online therapy/mentoring, you are responsible for ensuring you are in a private, quiet, and safe environment free from interruptions.
• Digital Content: Access to online courses or materials is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials or downloadable content with non-participants is strictly prohibited.

1:1 Sessions

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of 1:1 appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the session cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Events & Workshops

• Refunds: Ticket sales are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued if requested via email (contact@flowislove.com) at least 7 days prior to the event. Please note that third-party payment processors (e.g., Humanitix) may apply non-refundable processing or administration fees.
• Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person if you cannot attend, provided you notify us via email (contact@flowislove.com) at least 24 hours before the event start time.
• Cancellations by Us: If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for personal travel or accommodation costs incurred.

Flow is Love is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.

• Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or aggressive behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
• Respect Boundaries:In embodied movement or partner practices, personal boundaries and consent must be respected at all times. “No” means no.
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or event without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates this Code of Conduct.

All content provided by Flow is Love, including but not limited to website design, course materials, audio recordings, written copy, and branding, is our intellectual property or licensed to us.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial growth and education.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. This includes sharing course logins or uploading our audio tracks to public platforms.

Testimonials & Feedback

Testimonials, feedback, or reviews submitted may be used, anonymized or with first name/initial, for marketing or informational purposes.

Please read carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law):

• No Guarantees: While we are dedicated to your progress, specific outcomes from therapy, mentoring, or workshops cannot be guaranteed. Results vary for each individual.
• Release of Liability: You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow is Love, its facilitators, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in our services, including physical injury, emotional distress, or property loss, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services linked to from our site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client/participant and Flow is Love regarding services and participation.
